Packing

At Simply Zero, we have a strict zero waste policy when it comes to packing your goods. We pack and ship everything 100% plastic-free in cardboard boxes with paper wrapping and paper tape. Everything your products come contained in can be reused, recycled or composted!

 

Shipping

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout at this point in time. We want you to be able to start implementing your new zero waste habits as fast as possible so expect them to arrive within 4-10 business days. An email with your tracking number should arrive as soon as we've fulfilled your order so you're never stuck not knowing! 

 

International Shipping

We want to make it simple for everyone to start their zero waste journey no matter where they're at in the world. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and customers should expect to pay for duties and additional import fees.

 

Returns + Cancellations

Online Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns or order cancellations for online orders for environmental reasons. If you experience a defect with your product, please contact us and we'll address your issue on a case-by-case basis. 

In-Store Return Policy for Simply Zero

Refill Products

All refill products are non-returnable. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene standards and minimize waste. Please double-check your refill quantities and selections before purchase.

Personal Care Items

For health and safety reasons, personal care items such as skincare, haircare, or hygiene products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If the packaging has been tampered with or the item has been used, it cannot be returned.

Other Products

For non-refillable or non-personal care items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@simplyzero.co within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
